Venue

We signed up a fabulous venue at the newly renovated building of TEMPO - Teatro Municipal de Portimão for the TEDxEdges, just in the heart of the Portimão and 5 mins walking from the sea shore.

1. Participants will be provided with fully catered lunch, showcasing a range of dishes from the rich and varied Algarve cuisine. Alternatives, as well as vegetarian and vegan options will also be provided upon request.
2. Coffee breaks showcasing fabulous Algarve pastries will be served in every intermission.
3. Free wi-fi and power sockets will be provided to all attendees to spur networking.

The conference will take place in a large auditorium and presentations will be displayed on a 12 square meters screen. A number of activities will take place in the venue hall.

Access

If possible, do not drive to Teatro Municipal de Portimão, as parking inside the parking is rather difficult. Try to plan your route to TEDxEdges Algarve by:

1. taking a taxi to the event venue
   
2. walking from Portimão town center (at 5 min walking distance from Largo do Dique, near the riverfront)  
3. driving, if you must (check before hand any available nearby parks)  

Please inform us if you have any accessibility issue, or if you are driving to the venue, so we can better accommodate you and give you a parking space.
